‘’In my spare time I enjoy spending time being out and about across the south-west with Vicki my wife, plus sport is also important, with tennis at Sandford and Crediton being a regular fun activity. When time allows trips to Home Park to cheer on Plymouth Argyle are always a bonus. I’m a proud father of three grown up daughters and have been elevated to the rank of ‘Grandad!’. I am also an Accredited Local Preacher within the Methodist Church Exeter Coast and Country Circuit.’’
Kathy joined the firm at the start of 2012 as a Negotiator and completed an NVQ in Residential Estate Agency. Kathy has had a varied role with us; from accounting to health and safety, and following the birth of her daughter now works on a part time basis, looking after much of the compliance of the office from a sales and lettings perspective.

Prior to working for Carter Geering Catherine worked for an interior furnishings company undertaking their marketing and admin duties. She studied art and design in college focusing on interior design, and during her time at Carter Geering completed an apprenticeship in Estate Agency.
Dan joined us at the start of 2020 to undertake an apprenticeship and quickly became a vital cog in the team. He is now carrying out market appraisals, progressing sales and undertaking viewings, as well as helping out in the lettings department.
In his spare time, Dan plays Rugby (usually for the seconds or thirds, or if they’re reeeeally short of players, for the firsts, but then they usually lose). He sometimes pretends he can surf, but this is usually just walking up and down the beach in a too-small-for-him wetsuit when there are no waves. On the odd occasion he puts on roller skates and pretends he’s been for a run.
Megan joined Carter Geering in early 2021. Having spent the previous four years working within the estate agency industry, for companies based in Plymouth and Exeter, she loves interacting with customers and is devoted to helping them find their dream home.
In her spare time she enjoys travelling to European cities, practising yoga and listening to live music.
Deborah joined us at the beginning of 2020 to undertake inventories and inspections. She was thrown in at the deep end as shortly after we went into lockdown and she was having to carry out virtual inspections using facetime, which she did in the cool, calm manner we have come to expect from her.
In her spare time Debs Happiest place is by the water, sea or rivers! She loves paddle boarding & dog walking as well as being with her friends with a glass of something bubbly!!
Roger is our Viewings Consultant. Roger has joined us recently to assist with viewings at busy times. He has had many years of experience will the local authorities as a councillor and has had various roles at the Crediton Rugby Club. He is a father and Grandfather and likes to find time trying to flyfish—sometimes with success!

She is the club’s Athlete Development Officer and throughout the summer months is a Field Judge. Dawn also enjoys walking the family’s Jack Russell terrier, Charlie, whom she describes as ‘untrainable but a real character!’
Barney has a varied role within the office. Some days he’s security, some days he’s a counsellor, and some days he’s the office clown. Either way we like having him around. He isn’t that productive but he is pretty cute.
In his spare time Barney enjoys hunting out snacks, jumping in muddy rivers and posing on sledges.
