
Due to ongoing expansion, Carter Geering are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Property Consultant to work from their Crediton office.
The successful applicant will enjoy a varied and at times challenging role. You will be dealing with our clients, promoting the business and managing transactions in both our rental and sales departments. There will be a good proportion of administration, but that will be balanced out with visiting properties, meeting people and, for the right candidate, ongoing opportunities to progress their career further.
The right candidate is most important to us, and we are open to hearing from experienced agents through to those with little experience and a willingness to learn, including those looking to undertake an apprenticeship.
The Role:
The successful applicant will enjoy a varied and at times challenging role. You will be meeting with our clients, promoting the business and managing transactions.
As a minimum you will be expected to be involved with:
Registering potential applicants over the phone and face to face
Arranging and conducting viewings for both sales and lettings properties
Following up leads via the internet, telephone and post
Negotiate letting contracts
Negotiating property sales
Maintaining databases
Providing feedback to clients
Preparing contracts
Preparing property particulars
Organising Maintenance and Safety checks of properties
Administration

Ideally hold a full UK based driving license and have access to your own vehicle
Salary:
Dependent on experience.
