INVENTORY/INSPECTION CLERK – Part-Time Position (Permanent) 

An interesting and varied role, undertaking the inventory and schedule of conditions for new rental properties, as well as ongoing inspections of those rental properties.

The ideal candidate will be well organised and meticulous, and be able to work on their own initiative as well as part of a team, and they will need their own car.

This is a flexible role, partly office based, of approx 15 hours per week, over 2 or 3 days.

Salary – Dependent on experience plus expenses, starting ASAP

 

PA/OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR – Part-Time Position (Maternity Cover)

We will shortly have a vacancy for someone to help out with general office administration (including invoicing), compliance and personal assistant duties to the Directors.

The ideal candidate will have good office skills, including computer knowledge, confident on the telephone, and will need to be well organised, with an ability to work well on your own, and as part of a team.

This will be an office-based role of approximately 10 – 15 hours per week.

Salary – Dependent on experience, starting in March.
