DIRECTIONS

From Crediton High Street, proceed towards The Green and bear left the traffic lights towards Yeoford. Go down the steep hill and turn left at the bottom towards Uton/Salmon Hutch (opposite the turning to Westernlea) and continue for approximately 0.8 miles. Proceed over the railway crossing and up into Uton, bearing right at the top of the hill. The cottage will be seen on the right hand side after a short distance and there is parking just past the cottages.
