This Dutch Barn has been cleverly designed, with the ground floor virtually all windows, to enjoy the stunning views over adjoining countryside. The ground floor benefits from underfloor heating, and clever vinyl click flooring that gives the effect of wood but with a soft warm feel. The room is big and offers a corner fitted Multi-Fuel Burner which helps to give a warm cosy feel. The Kitchen is superbly fitted, allowing plenty of cupboard space in the modern base units. Upstairs has four bedrooms, two of which offer en-suite shower rooms. There is a separate main bathroom shared for the two other bedrooms. All windows are double glazed and the central heating is oil-fired.
Outside there is hardstanding for at least two cars and a fenced garden (recently seeded). At the far end of the Barn is a half-circle patio area in keeping with the curve of the Dutch Barn roof.
From the High Street head out of Crediton on the A377 towards Barnstaple. At Copplestone turn left towards Bow. Go through Bow and after about 3 miles out of Bow turn right into Nichols Nymet Lane. Turn left at the T junction at the end and follow this road for about 1 mile. Turn right at the next T junction, and just under a mile turn left (signpost on left says Westworthy). The barn can be found a little along this road on the right hand side.
